NASIKA DB: Dry blends and chemical formulations for rubber.

CO-AGENTS
It consists of families of co-agents that enhance crosslinking in peroxide vulcanisation. There are two types:
- Cyanurates: TAC (triallyl cyanurate) and TAIC (triallyl isocyanurate) improve mechanical strength and temperature resistance in vulcanization. These additives do not affect vulcanization times, although they do promote cross-linking.
- Acrylates: Nasika DB ACTI (TRIM) reduces vulcanization times and increases cross-linking. However, it does not improve mechanical properties.

LIQUID POLYBUTADIENE
It consists of liquid polybutadiene used for dual functionality:
- It can be used as an active plasticizer for SBR rubber, natural rubber, etc. Additionally, it functions as a cross-linker.
- It can be used as a co-agent in peroxide vulcanization for EPDM rubbers.

COUPLING AGENTS
It consists of granular additives that compatibilize fillers with rubber, forming covalent bonds between them, especially in sulphur vulcanization.

ANTI-TACK
It consists of dispersions of metal stearates in water that act as a release agent and anti-adhesive in rubbers, especially in processes such as batch-off.
It is useful both for storage and for the forming process.

DESICCANTS
It is an additive used for rubbers and ebonites. It is used to control moisture, especially in humid and hot environments.
